> repairs and data recovery: free quote after diagnosis — we will always tell you if it is not worth fixing.
What does "free diagnosis" actually mean?
Exactly what it says. Bring the machine in, or let us connect remotely, and we will work out what is wrong at no charge. Then we tell you the price. You decide. Nobody starts work on your computer without your say-so, and there is no bill for finding out.
And "no fix, no fee"?
If we cannot solve the problem, you do not pay us. It is that simple. We would rather be honest and lose the job than take money for a machine we could not save.
Is there a callout charge on top?
No. The £95 covers the first hour on site, travel included. After that it is £50 per hour. There is no separate fee just for turning up.
What about parts?
Parts are quoted separately, and always before we order anything. A screen, a battery, a new drive — you will know the cost, and whether it is worth it, before you commit. If the repair does not make financial sense, we will tell you plainly.
What does £30 per user include?
Managed IT support for your team: someone to call when things break, monitoring and updates, Microsoft 365 support, and security kept current. Backup is £5 per user per month on top, and worth every penny. If you would rather just call us when something goes wrong, pay-as-you-go works too — plenty of businesses start that way.
How much is data recovery?
It depends entirely on what has happened to the drive, so we quote after assessing it — free of charge. A drive that will still spin up is a very different job to one that has failed mechanically. Whatever the case, you will have a price before we do anything.
Not sure what yours will cost?
Tell us what is happening and we will give you an honest idea straight away — often over the phone, and always before any work begins.
