I began my career working for an IT support company in Wiltshire, where I built a strong foundation in desktop support, networking, hardware repairs, and customer-focused service. I later spent 20 years working in London, supporting clients in fast-paced and high-profile environments.

My London experience includes delivering discreet IT support for celebrities, media professionals, and creative industries, as well as long-term support for interior designers and design-led businesses. These roles required fast response times, absolute discretion, and deep expertise across Apple Mac and Microsoft Windows systems.

Having now returned to Gloucestershire, I bring big-city IT expertise to local clients, offering professional IT support, hardware and laptop repairs, and troubleshooting for home users, creatives, and small businesses. I support clients across Cirencester, Cheltenham, Stroud, and the surrounding areas, as well as providing remote IT support where needed.
